I participated in the Taylored Expressions Virtual Stamp Joy 2026 over the last couple of days. A virtual event is a great way to learn (or remind yourself) of techniques, get inspired by designs and acquire new craft supplies.

When I first started virtual events, I would do all the prep in advance and craft during the live. But life happens and sometimes you can't take the day off from work, don't get the prep done or you just aren't in the mood. My approach has changed over the last few years and now I usually watch on replay even if I'm only one class behind. This way I can do prep as part of the class, pause if I need an extra minute, or replay something to hear it again. One thing that hasn't changed, I like to display the cards on my bulletin board in my craft room. It's a reminder to explore and use different tools and techniques.

Not all the cards on the bulletin board are from this weekend, but who couldn't be inspired by the colors and designs. I know I am... I'm off to make more cards!
